Knurled Plastic-Head Thumb Screws

Altınkaya Enclosures manufactures also knurled plastic-headed screws which are a sort of washer-faced knurled thumb screws with a slotted drive in the screws head from our broad variety of thumbscrews. The plastic thumb screw's head is designed to make spinning with one hand easier.

They're a great choice for assemblies with often changing components, such as access panels. Brass Inserts

- There are two types of threaded inserts for plastics: molded-in and press-in types.

- They are used for projects that require assembly and disassembly multiple times.

- For robust, reusable, and reliable use in plastic enclosures.

- Molded-in inserts are applied during the molding process. By placing them in the mold cavity with core pins.

When the mold opens, the core pins leave the molded-in inserts permanently embedded in the enclosures.

Standoffs

PCB Support Pillar

- The standard snap-lock bracket is ideal for quick assembly in PCB stacking applications, and the quarter-turn fastening aids ease of application.

- PCB support pillars enable a printed circuit board (PCB) to become both insulated and secure by allowing it to be mounted within a range of different electronic assemblies.

Brass Standoffs

Plastic Spacers

- Plastic spacers are made of Polyamide66.

- The YP-800, with a spring-loaded extension, offers the advantage of easy mounting on PCBs.

Enclosure Feet

Rubber feet protect benchtops, provide friction to avoid slipping, dampen sound, and improve the overall appearance of your enclosure. We have versions that fit in industrial environments, as well as housings and electrical boxes for desktop computers. Consider the size, weight, and interior space while making your decision. Some rubber foot variants have a metal washer that protects the enclosure feet while screwing them in place. Check to see if the rubber feet models are push-in or screw-in.

Tilt feet, which Altınkaya manufactures in-house, also have a selection of tilt foot bars for small plastic enclosures, instrument enclosures, heavy-duty housings, and laboratory cases that can be installed anywhere on the base and provide an ergonomic viewing posture.

Enclosure mounting kits

Wall mounting kits for your enclosure such as flange kits, mounting kits, and surface mounting brackets are available off-the-shelf, all made to Altinkaya’s high-quality standards. Mounting kits are attached to the enclosure's base and offer a stable mounting location for your box. Aluminum, steel, ABS, and PC plastic mounting kits are all available.

Pole mounting kits are offered for your IP67 hinged plastic cases. The pole mounting brackets enable a stable mounting option using poles. Mast mounting brackets are available in different sizes.

A DIN rail makes it easy to install and replace terminal blocks and other devices. DIN rails are manufactured from steel or aluminum and come in a variety of lengths that meet international requirements. DIN rail brackets, whether straight or angled, tilted and/or raised rails offer easy wiring. For easy installation on 35mm DIN rails, small electronics are connected to mounting clips. Plastic and steel DIN rail brackets allow devices and electronics to be mounted on DIN rails.

Panel mounting fixing clamps are used on the back of the control panel, while the screw clamp is put on the enclosure. The enclosure will be firmly pushed against the control panel's wall when the included screw is used.

Latches and Hinges

- CNC customization may require drilling holes to mount a hinge on the enclosure body and lid, but plastic enclosure hinges have a seal option that preserves an enclosure’s IP67 rating.
